![]() | ➡️ https://www.genkicourses.site/product/ry-schwartz-coaching-the-conversion-ctc-circle-10-2022/⬅️ submitted by AutoModerator to Genkicourses_Com [link] [comments] Get the course here: [Genkicourses.site] [Get] RY Schwartz – Coaching The Conversion CTC Circle (10/2022) - Full Course Download What You Get:Program #1CTC Launches(to master your launch and funnel sequences)10X Launches is the first copywriting program fully engineered to speed up the execution and amplify your results of your emails no matter what kind of funnel or launch strategy you’re rolling out. It’s built not only for best-in-class launch copywriters… But for coaches, consultants, course creators, and ANYONE who stands to benefit from nailing down their launch and funnel copy faster and with more genuine impact. IN THIS TOP-SELLING PROGRAM, YOU’LL GET ACCESS TO: 2 “Core” ModulesThat will initiate you into the “Coaching The Conversion™ method, and how to leverage a new, more empowering definition of “direct response” that opens up the floodgates to greater intimacy, empathy, and conversions.5 “Launch” Modulesbreaking down every single phase of your launch or funnel in full detail (including some you didn’t even know existed). You’ll learn exactly what’s at play during the Segmentation & Confirmation, Pre-Launch, Launch, Sales and Closing phases of your funnel and how to quickly craft the messaging that coaches your prospect into the final conversion in a powerful, non-sleazy way.25+ Email TemplatesNone of that BS “plug’n’play” or “swipe and deploy” stuff that shoehorns your message into lifeless boxes that robs it of all life and power.Instead, you’ll get FULL breakdowns and walkthroughs of the go-to templates I turn to over-and-over again in 6 and 7-figure launch campaigns. Meaning, you get to craft your OWN high-converting launch emails in about 25 minutes flat and fire them into ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign (or wtv you’re using) while your coffee’s still hot. Program #2CTC Sales Pages(to master your long form sales page)This is it. It’s where the best paid copywriters, coaches and course marketers on the planet earn their keep. It’s where the conversion either happens or it doesn’t. In cold hard numbers that don’t care how many Clif bars you stress-ate in the process. It’s where the most admired online business owners transform interest, desire, and engagement and into what you actually want: Sales. So what is “it”? It’s your long-form sales page. And the truth is… most copywriters and marketers avoid long-form sales pages like the plague… treating it like a close-talking lepper with coffee breath… instead of the 24/7 salesperson your sales page – that final step in your marketing funnel – should be. So why do marketers (and even pro-level copywriters) avoid sales pages? Because writing a long-form sales page is intimidating AF. It’s the Night King of the Whitewalker army. It’s the Beef Wellington on Hell’s Kitchen. It’s the Lord Voldemort of your marketing funnel – aka the funnel asset that shall not be named. A long-form sales page is where you’ll spend dozens of hours writing THOUSANDS of words that will either confirm your claim as a top player in your space… Or will tell you with Gordon-Ramsay-esque candor that your marketing wasn’t as good as your business coach told you it was. There’s real pressure in that. But there’s even real-er payoff in being able to do it faster – and more profitably – than anyone else in your industry. A payoff that even affords you the right to make up words like real-er Confronting, yep? Conquerable. Absolutely. In CTC Sales Pages, you’ll go through the exact process I’ve used to write over twenty 6 and 7-figure sales pages for the likes of Amy Porterfield, Copyhackers, and many more. Program #3 & #4Six Figure Emails & Seven Figure Emails(for even more email conversion badassery)Welcome to the “Johnnie Walker Blue” of our email template series. This is the premium blend for more advanced marketing palates. All pulled straight from my highest-performing launches for industry titans like Amy Porterfield, Todd Herman, Traffic & Funnels, and Copyhackers. What you’re getting are 13 advanced email templates that you can use in a pinch when you need to write a standalone sales email, a webinar invitation, a post-webinar replay, downsell, or flash sale. To be clear, these aren’t those sketchy and lifeless “swipe and deploy” templates you may have seen swimming around the shadier parts of the online marketing cesspool. These are loose, flexible templates that guide you through deep-dive masterclasses teaching you the advanced psychology behind each one. Meaning, you actually understand WHY they work, and are fully empowered to engineer them to best serve your audience. Program #5Minimum Viable Launch 2.0(to quickly rock profitable and lean email launches)We’ve taken the single most impactful part of 10x Launches; the part that countless students have credited with producing game-changing ROI in record time… And given it a fresh-for-2022 facelift. Not only will you be getting access to a stack of NEW templates that we’ve added to the stack based on repeated tests and real-world results. But we’ll be offering you the one-click automation uploads to bring the whole sequence straight into your ActiveCampaign to save you and your team about 5+ hours of heavy-duty integration time. Program #6Application Funnel Amplifiers(for creating powerful pre-call enrollment experiences)Fact: The enrollment experience begins the moment your prospect books a call. If you mail it in for those 12-72 hours between when they book the call — and show up to it, you’re missing a golden opportunity to begin coaching the necessary transformations. In this brand new program, you’ll learn how we to consciously engineering your entire application experience to pre-empt objections, create magnetism, and stack the odds in favor of having a successful enrollment conversation You’ll get practical answers to:
Program #7Next-Level Automation & Optimization Stack(upcoming and ongoing automation tutorials)As the CTC Membership evolves, our resident Wizard, Philip Powis will be actively adding a library of importable one-click automations (into ActiveCampaign), leveraged software playbooks, and a running list of the most advanced (and cost effective) tools and systems that he recommends for fast-scaling course and coaching businesses. ![]() | I got into hvac by happenstance over the winter. I had recently left working for tier 1 auto parts manufacturer doing tool inspection and gage repair for nearly 15 years. I have small children and working 6-7 days a week second and third shift just wasn’t working for me anymore. Well my rental house furnace blower was acting up and it had been replaced less than a year ago. I knew the guy who I had do the work before through a friend. So he sends out his apprentice to replace it and while I’m chatting with him he informs me that it was his last day and that he had just got his degree in logistics and was moving on. I called up his boss man and asked to take his spot. Citing some of my skills and capabilities in learning the trade. I started the next Monday and I’ve really enjoyed most of it so far. It’s just the two of us. Boss man is 10 years my junior and I think that dynamic of him having the skill, knowledge and eagerness to help and teach while also working hard as the young guy he is with the life experience and knowledge I bring seems to work really well for us when coming up with solutions to problems and overall just working together. He gets a lot of really good work. He’s in with the lake community so we’re on all the new builds and servicing all these rich people. We do some smaller commercial stuff. A few restaurants and gyms. Set a few roof tops and such. I feel like because it’s just the two of us I do get exposed to alot of different things. I feel like I’ve been wildly lucky most of the time with service calls because often it’s the first time I’m encountering the issue, but somehow I always figure it out. Its a good feeling when that unit fires up after not 100% knowing if your diagnosis was right. I do enjoy when a customer is fully expecting to have to replace their equipment and when you walk out 30 minutes later, everything is running and they are so happy to be paying that $400 they tip you $100. Anyhow got sent out to do 90% of an install on my own the other day. Did everything but braze and charge the system. (Just haven’t learned those yet) House didn’t have ac prior so new circuit and all. Anyhow I’m really liking the work. But unfortunately I’m often not getting 40 hours. I get extra for service calls which is nice and makes up the difference sometimes. But as of now I’m at $20/hr and no sort of benefits. I felt it acceptable when I started as I knew little. Like I said I have kids and a family to support and I’m needing more. I’d really hate to jump ship and go to another company. Has to be a dozen I could count off the top of my head. But I almost feel like by this time next year I could be leading installs with my own helper and potentially work it out to make some good money. I love the area we work in and our clientele are great. I meet some really awesome people on the lake and even had my son with me on a call after picking him up from school last week. The lady took him down to the lake and played with him while I diagnosed and replace a capacitor. It’s those kind of days that keep me here over looking elsewhere. So I’m trying to do my best to make myself valuable enough to ask for more. I really don’t know what the pay is like for my position anywhere else. But I’m feeling like $25 isn’t to much to ask for. Especially once I learn the refrigerant side of things. For reference I’m in Michigan servicing the Fenton/Grand Blanc area primarily. Just south of Flint. I guess just looking for a little advice. I’ve considered doing the hvac bootcamp class and get my epa cert. it’s like $1500 but I know some local companies hire guys and pay for that class for them. What would you guys do? Stick it out with the smaller guy and try to grow with or jump ship for more stability and benefits? submitted by Late_Violinist6815 to HVAC [link] [comments] |

2023.06.09 15:42 saj08c ‘24 Residency location idea: Spirit of Suwannee park in North Florida
![]() | So, I realize this is jumping the gun a a bit. But considering how well the Caverns went, I think it’s safe to speculate that residencies may become their thing in the US moving forward. submitted by saj08c to KGATLW [link] [comments] I thought it might be fun to begin highlighting some cool potential residency locations and maybe eventually even forward the favorites to the band. First up — the Spirit of Suwannee music park in Northern Florida… We’ve done rocks and caves, let’s add Swamps… About 4 hours driving from Atlanta, 1-1:30 from Jacksonville, and about 3 hours from Tampa or Orlando. So decent airport access. One of the more popular Southeast or East coast festival venues for sure. It has hosted many camping festivals over the last 20 years: Bearcreek, Aura, Wannee, and more recently Hulaween. It has a very large capacity, much more than a Gizz residency or fest would require. Excellent campgrounds that are mostly wooded, with lots of tree coverage which means hammocks everywhere (shade was non-existent at Caverns and most festivals in general). It also has nearby river access within walking distance from the campgrounds where you can swim and chill. The park features a nice swampy lake covered in cypress trees and lots of hanging Spanish moss which give it a unique feel. The park has an intimate amphitheater surrounded by trees and a larger open field for a main stage type set-up. I know it’s Florida, which can be a tough sell at the moment, but up north it’s regionally pretty similar to GA or TN. Overall a great camping situation and another unique location for spending a weekend. What do you all think? |

2023.06.09 15:33 a-h-m-e-d-k The 5 pillars of good revision
![]() | Intro submitted by a-h-m-e-d-k to CollegeHomeworkTips [link] [comments] After years of revising for pointless tests and exams. I have painstakingly derived the 5 pillars which decide how well you perform on exams. Do exams hold meaning anyway? This is a no bs guide to getting A*'s in your exams, or at the very least improving your grades guaranteed... probably. The post is a bit long but it will be time well spent I promise. In each pillar, there are three levels, to get to the next level you need to fulfil all the requirements of the level below it. 5 pillars
Without this, everything falls apart. Feeling burnt out, depressed and struggling to focus is the most detrimental thing to performing well on exams. You might be thinking - 'I do none of this stuff but still perform decently' but performing well on your exams is not more important than taking of yourself. Level 1:
Structuring your revision is key to making sure that you don't feel overwhelmed. Ever gotten round to revising and finding out you have no idea what to revise? Or you know what you have to revise but you don't know what to start with? Then you open YouTube and watch a video on how to study so you feel like you're being productive. Level 1:
Focus Being able to focus is key. Doing work for long periods of time is an important skill to learn. You've probably already got distracted reading this - haven't you? Focus. Take 5 deep breaths and take stock of your surroundings. Being able to focus will help improve all aspects of your life. Level 1:
Contrary to popular belief (I think) it does matter how you revise. Saying you revised for 4 hours by writing out the entire spec doesn't count. What's important is making sure the revision that you do is useful to you. Level 1:
Consistency Cramming the night before a test, if you don't know, is not good for your health. It's not good for you grades either. Staying up till 4am to revise Biology is rarely justified. Remember, 30 minutes a day for a week is better than a 6 hour study session at night where the only thing keeping you awake is caffeine and stress. For larger mocks a couple of days of solid revision is good enough for me but everyone works differently. Find the period of time where you have the time to revise effectively for your exams but it doesn't start to affect other areas of your life badly. Level 1
For each pillar decide your level Level 1: 1 point Level 2: 2 points Level 3: 3 points Add them all up and decide which level you are 0 - 4: 'Academic comeback is real' guy. You believe that one night is all you need. It's alright, we've all been there. The difficulty was in knowing how to get better. But now you know. 5 - 8: Revision Fan. You dabble here and there in productivity. You are improving, but you aren't quite there yet. 9 - 12: Average revision enjoyer. You perform pretty well on tests. You know how to remain healthy while revising. 12 - 15: Revision gigachad. Reality can be whatever you want. You are the one who knocks. Well done, and good luck. https://preview.redd.it/ut66tw8wvz4b1.png?width=1000&format=png&auto=webp&s=7ed3dd8d3f49d444bf0aec3155d131c3ff6ed180 If you are a low level it's alright. I made this post for fun anyways. Just make sure to get all pillars to the same level e.g. get to level 1 on everything before moving to the next level. FAQ My friend does none of this and still gets the highest grade. The games the game. Genetic advantage is real but it doesn't mean you can't perform as well as them if you put effort in and use the techniques above. https://preview.redd.it/sadqrhcvvz4b1.png?width=752&format=png&auto=webp&s=8b258d9f6bf0ff39bad4061cb15bd8cfcdabd577 |

2023.06.09 15:03 UnDead_Ted Daily Light Friday, June 9th
![]() | submitted by UnDead_Ted to TheDailyDose [link] [comments] 06/09/2023 Morning“No one ever spoke the way this man does,” — John 7:46Thou art fairer than the children of men: grace is poured into thy lips: therefore God hath blessed thee for ever.—The Lord GOD hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary.—His mouth is most sweet: yea, he is altogether lovely. This is my beloved, and this is my friend. All bare him witness, and wondered at the gracious words which proceeded out of his mouth.—He taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom.—The sword of the Spirit … is the word of God.—The word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword.—The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds; casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ Ps 45:2; Isa 50:4; Song 5:16; Luke 4:22; Matt 7:29; Col 3:16; Eph 6:17; Heb 4:12; 2 Cor 10:4-5. EveningThat the mirth of the wicked is brief. — Job 20:5Thou shalt bruise his heel.—This is your hour, and the power of darkness.—As the children are partakers of flesh and blood he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil.—Having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about seeking whom he may devour: whom resist stedfast in the faith.—Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth. The Lord shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his day is coming.—The God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly.—The devil … was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone … and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
PARIS, June 9 (Reuters) - A modern-day pilgrim on a walking tour of France's cathedrals told journalists on Friday his Catholic faith gave him the strength to fight a man who stabbed four children in a park in Annecy. Dubbed "the backpack hero" - "le héros au sac a dos" - by media, the 24-year-old who only gave his name as Henri said he was near a playground when he saw the man attacking children in a stroller as their mother tried to shield them on Thursday. On my journey to the cathedrals I crossed paths with this man and I have acted instinctively.Keep reading with 3 related articles: Fox News (2022-05-11 at 17:42) David Bonola allegedly thought NYC mom Orsolya Gaal gave him HIV, court papers DAWN.COM (2020-10-26 at 02:37) Erdogan repeats his remarks about French president Fox News (2022-12-07 at 07:00) Kirk Cameron is denied story-hour slot by public libraries for his new faith-based kids book
2023.06.09 14:14 Allforbbby Has the Stalking Horse finally stopped stalking?
![]() | It is Friday 9th of June, the stalking horse loometh.... and we all hope the horse has finished stalking. submitted by Allforbbby to ThePPShow [link] [comments] The stalking horse date has been extended to Sunday 11th of June at 5pm, which, we hope, means only one thing... an announcement is neigh [see what I did there?] With little else to do but wait for the deadline to tick past, I took note of the latest Kroll filings detailing retained legal counsel. There is a good introductory post here: https://www.reddit.com/ThePPShow/comments/13cs65x/pachulski_stang_ziehl_jones_llp_the_law_firm_fo It is fair to say that at his point that the timing of the retained counsel filing falls in line with a pending announcement. Why retain counsel if there is not an announcement to be made yet? TWA Remember: PSZ&J will coordinate closely with Alvarez & Marsal North America, LLC Not TWA So, what's the connection..as has been noted previously.. the glaring connection and icahn't help but make it is TWA. A man by the name of Carl Icahn swooped in and took control of TWA in 1985. In 1988, Icahn took TWA private, receiving $469 million in the deal - equivalent to $1.01 billion in 2020. The agreement also meant that TWA would take on $540 million in debt - $1.17 billion in today's dollars. In 1991, Icahn sold TWA’s coveted London routes to American Airlines for $445 million. Some believed that the loss of these valuable assets accelerated TWA's demise. In 1992, TWA filed for bankruptcy. A year later, in 1993, it emerged with 55% of the company under creditor ownership. Icahn was himself a creditor and was owed $190 million. With TWA desperate to finish business with Icahn, an eight-year agreement was made that gave him the ability to buy select tickets at 55% of the cost. Reselling the tickets on the internet, American Airlines (the future owner of TWA) estimated that $100 million per year was being lost because of the deal with Icahn. Finally, in January 2001, it was announced that TWA was bankrupt for the third time and would be sold to American Airlines. The APPLE doesn't fall far from the tree Then lets look at 'how the apple doesn't fall far from the tree' - remember how Icahn engaged Apple? "Shares are criminally undervalued and you have all this cash. You should be buying back shares." And lest we forget ebay and paypal? "Carl Icahn took a big stake in eBay so he could agitate for PayPal’s spinoff. Now that he’s got what he wanted, he has exited eBay altogether. The confrontational investor disclosed this week that he has sold his stake in eBay but retains nearly 4 percent ownership of PayPal as of the end of September. All eBay investors received an equal number of shares in PayPal when the payments division spun off into its own public company in July. The move makes sense. Icahn’s reason for pushing for the PayPal spinoff was that he felt the faster-growing payments unit was being undervalued as part of the eBay umbrella company. Indeed, PayPal is now valued at $45 billion compared to $34 billion for eBay. It is growing much faster than eBay and now has more revenue, too". As we have read, all of these plays [and hopefully BBBYQ] fall into his basic investing philosophy: "My investment philosophy, generally, with exceptions, is to buy something when no one wants it." The next 72 hours The stalking horse deadline has been extended https://restructuring.ra.kroll.com/bbby/Home-DocketInfo doc 665. I, like many of us, did not a further extension. Especially in light of the comments by Bed Bath counsel at the last hearing, requesting for a slight extension [a week was granted]. However, there is definitely a different feel to the timeframe granted on this new extension. The extension only allows for one working/trading day, with the weekend in between. I would be very surprised if a further deadline extension was granted. The short time frame of the latest extension highlights that the stalking horse procedure is at the last 'fur-long'. We also need to remember that Bed Bath does not have to use the whole extension. The assumption could be that the work has been completed, and the extension is just to allow for a well timed announcement. We all know that if the stalking horse is linked to RC and/or Icahn, the stock lift will be immediate. The way this stock/short interest and other catalysts, a move over $2/5 would likely not be able to be controlled and then we have lift off [nfa] To the moon! Reasons to be cheerful over the weekend - Carol Flaton appointed to the BOD overseeing chapter 11 process [previous connection Icahn via HP proxy battle - Ryan Cohen listed as an interested party on the court docket - RC Ventures named in the mailing list of the court docket - DIP finance noted in the mailing list in the court docket during chapter 11 is overseen by Sixth streetwhich has connections with IEP - Icahn being shorted by Hindenberg - Appointment of Kastin and Eitlin [links to IEP] - Cheng, Cohen et al - mysteriously exiting their position from Dragonfly - IEP/GM/Dragonfly having a boatload of capital available for an 'unnamed' future acquisition - Brett Icahn exiting his Newell position at a huge loss - TEDDY holding trademark announcements - The $1.6 billion discount/NOLS created by BBBY entering chapter 11 - along wiht lease sale/termination benefits - Recent MSM pieces naming potential bidders and an 'un-named' potential acquirer - The IEP q10 with confidential treatment [rarely seen] - Matt Furlong, after a successful spell, ending his tenure with GME and RC taking the helm [in charge of the war-chest] and RC tweeting 'not for long' [which, if you say this using your best Carl Icahn impression, sounds exactly like 'Matt Furlong'] - enjoy practicing that one! - The oddly timed airing of the 'Meme King' hit piece on RC - GME tweeting the stalking horse, exactly at the end of the deadline on 8th June Important to note I think it is important to note that the longevity and initial future interest in this play, needs to be strongly attributed to u/biggysmallzzz and his god tier DD [library here https://www.reddit.com/useBiggySmallzzz/submitted/ ] and especially https://www.reddit.com/BBBY/comments/ycxkll/bbby_debt_tender_exchange_offer_analysis_part_2/ The thing is, he was right.. even though it is yet to transpire. The small window was open and RC did try to 'buy all the stocks', coupled wiht the early year run to $6/7 was the window of opportunity in Biggie's DD. What couldn't be accounted for was the 'behind the scenes' activity which was blocking the deal at every opportunity. As this will be my last DD before the 'Stalking Horse' announcement... I take this opportunity to salute you and my other main man u/real_eyezz , and all the remaining OG [and regards new]. The light at the end of the tunnel is fast approaching. The promised land Conclusion There are far too many 'cohen-cidences' and occurrences to ignore at this point. The final much shortened extension to the stalking horse process [coupled with the GME tweet] being the last few pieces to fall to the board in this puzzle. Once an announcement is made [if it includes RC or Icahn] it's finally time to start the boosters. I stand by my thesis and outcome here: https://www.reddit.com/ThePPShow/comments/137ljut/are_we_going_to_get_taken_private/ We get taken private via auction/or at the initial staking horse phase. The final point in RC Ventures letter is followed. Price per share is the equivalent to $6/7 [although an annoucnement could possibly trigger MOASS]. Shareholders receive $2 per share and a 20/1 stock convert of BBBY(q) to GME [or, if the IPO of BBBY is planned behind the scenes $2 per share and a 15/1 stock convert of BBBY(q) to BABY - placing BABY with an initial IPO of around $15/20]. TLDR - Icahn has a well established history of interacting and taking over companies via behaviours already commented on with Bed Bath - There are many things linking Icahn to this play - There are many, many things highlighting RC's continuing involvement - The original DD put forward by u/biggiesmallzzz would more than likely have played out, if not for behind the scenes negative actions - Shout out to the OG - Announcement can come before the end of the current stalking horse deadline - If RC/Icahn are involved/named in the stalking horse process/bid - buckle up https://preview.redd.it/so16vkcthz4b1.png?width=299&format=png&auto=webp&s=363bee8f7a5c1bdebf49a7e922498474cb95f939 |
