2023.06.11 00:28 CookAppropriate7570 Wayfair sent me collection letter
I purchased from Wayfair back in 2021, when I received the table it was damaged, i then contacted Wayfair trying to initiated a return but they never got back to me. I opened a dispute with my bank stating item was damaged, waited for 3 months and case closed in my favor.
Fast forward 2 years after, which couple days ago, i received a collection letter from Wayfair asking for the money back.
Now when I purchased it, the shipping address name was not me, but I paid with PayPal (which is my card) the collection letter is addressing to someone else.
- Can I just ignore this as it is not under my name?
- Can they do that???? Even tho case was closed in my favor

2023.06.11 00:22 dopeyJaguar74000 Looking for a Mini Fridge? Here Are Some of the Best Ones to Buy in 2023
Hey Reddit, I'm in the market for a mini fridge and I've been doing some research on the best ones to buy in 2023. I thought I'd share my findings with you and see what you think.
A mini fridge is a small refrigerator that can fit in tight spaces and offer many benefits. Some of the benefits of a mini fridge are:
-
Space saving: A mini fridge can fit under your desk, on your countertop, or in your closet. You can use it to store snacks, beverages, leftovers, or even cosmetics. A mini fridge can help you save space and declutter your kitchen or room.
-
Portability: A mini fridge is easy to move around and transport. You can take it with you when you travel, relocate, or go camping. Some mini fridges are designed to work with car adapters, so you can plug them into your vehicle and enjoy cold drinks on the road.
-
Convenience: A mini fridge can make your life easier by providing you with quick access to food and drinks. You don't have to go to the kitchen or the vending machine every time you feel hungry or thirsty. You can also use a mini fridge to store food that you don't want to share with others or that needs special temperature control.
-
Energy efficiency: A mini fridge consumes less electricity than a full-sized refrigerator because it has a smaller capacity and a simpler design. A mini fridge can help you save money on your utility bills and reduce your carbon footprint.
-
Extra storage: A mini fridge can supplement your main refrigerator by providing extra space for food and drinks. You can use a mini fridge to store items that you need more frequently or that you want to keep separate from the rest of your groceries. A mini fridge can also come in handy when you have guests over or when you host a party.
-
Affordability: A mini fridge is cheaper than a regular refrigerator because it has fewer features and components. You can find a mini fridge that suits your budget and needs without breaking the bank.
-
Aesthetic value: A mini fridge can add some style and personality to your space. You can choose a mini fridge that matches your decor or expresses your taste. Some mini fridges have retro designs, colorful finishes, or unique shapes that can make them stand out.
How to Choose the Best Mini Fridge for Your Needs
With so many options available on the market, how do you pick the best mini fridge for your needs? Here are some factors to consider:
-
Size: The size of the mini fridge depends on how much space you have and how much food and drinks you want to store. Mini fridges come in different sizes, ranging from 1.1 cubic feet to 4.4 cubic feet. The smaller ones are ideal for storing a few cans or bottles, while the larger ones can accommodate more items and even have separate freezer compartments.
-
Features: The features of the mini fridge depend on what functions you want it to perform and how convenient you want it to be. Some features to look for are adjustable shelves, reversible doors, interior lights, temperature controls, defrost options, door bins, crisper drawers, ice makers, and locks.
-
Style: The style of the mini fridge depends on your personal preference and the look of your space. Some styles to choose from are freestanding, built-in, double-door, single-door, retro, modern, stainless steel, black, white, red, blue, etc.

2023.06.11 00:21 ApocalypseYay Goldman Sachs Predicts 300 Million Jobs Will Be Lost Or Degraded By Artificial Intelligence
If generative AI lives up to its hype, the workforce in the United States and Europe will be upended, Goldman Sachs reported this week in a sobering and alarming report about AI's ascendance. The investment bank estimates 300 million jobs could be lost or diminished by this fast-growing technology.
Goldman contends automation creates innovation, which leads to new types of jobs. For companies, there will be cost savings thanks to AI. They can deploy their resources toward building and growing businesses, ultimately increasing annual global GDP by 7%.
In recent months, the world has witnessed the ascendency of OpenAI software ChatGPT and DALL-E. ChatGPT surpassed one million users in its first five days of launching, the fastest that any company has ever reached this benchmark.
Will AI impact Your Job? Goldman predicts that the growth in AI will mirror the trajectory of past computer and tech products. Just as the world went from giant mainframe computers to modern-day technology, there will be a similar fast-paced growth of AI reshaping the world. AI can pass the attorney bar exam, score brilliantly on the SATs and produce unique artwork.
While the startup ecosystem has stalled due to adverse economic changes, investments in global AI projects have boomed. From 2021 to now, investments in AI totaled nearly $94 billion, according to Stanford’s AI Index Report. If AI continues this growth trajectory, it could add 1% to the U.S. GDP by 2030.
Office administrative support, legal, architecture and engineering, business and financial operations, management, sales, healthcare and art and design are some sectors that will be impacted by automation.
The combination of significant labor cost savings, new job creation, and a productivity boost for non-displaced workers raises the possibility of a labor productivity boom, like those that followed the emergence of earlier general-purpose technologies like the electric motor and personal computer.
The Downside Of AI According to an academic research study, automation technology has been the primary driver of U.S. income inequality over the past 40 years. The report, published by the National Bureau of Economic Research, claims that 50% to 70% of changes in U.S. wages since 1980 can be attributed to wage declines among blue-collar workers replaced or degraded by automation.
Artificial intelligence, robotics and new sophisticated technologies have caused a vast chasm in wealth and income inequality. It looks like this issue will accelerate. For now, college-educated, white-collar professionals have largely been spared the same fate as non-college-educated workers. People with a postgraduate degree saw their salaries rise, while “low-education workers declined significantly.” The study states, “The real earnings of men without a high-school degree are now 15% lower than they were in 1980.”
According to NBER, many changes in the U.S. wage structure were caused by companies automating tasks that used to be done by people. This includes “numerically-controlled machinery or industrial robots replacing blue-collar workers in manufacturing or specialized software replacing clerical workers.”

What is WooCommerce - Explained for Beginners

Moreover, WooCommerce is highly customizable, allowing you to adjust your store's design according to your brand or business needs. It's also SEO-friendly, making it easier for potential customers to find your products online.
While WooCommerce itself is free, running a successful online store may require additional paid services like web hosting, domain registration, and potentially premium plugins or themes.
Key Features:
WooCommerce is a powerful eCommerce plugin for WordPress, packed with a variety of features to help you build and manage a successful online store. Here are some of its key features:
1. Sell Any Type of Products: You can sell physical, digital, or even affiliate products on WooCommerce. It also supports variable products, grouped products, and downloadable products.

3. Shipping Options: WooCommerce allows you to offer free shipping, flat rate shipping, or make real-time calculations. You can also limit shipping to specific countries.
4. Tax Settings: It provides options for configuring tax settings, including tax classes and local tax rates.

6. User Accounts and Guest Checkout: It allows your customers to register on your site, making future purchases quicker. However, if they prefer, customers can also check out as guests.
7. SEO Optimized: Being built on WordPress, WooCommerce benefits from the robust SEO capabilities of the WordPress platform. You can use SEO plugins like Yoast SEO to optimize your product pages and other content.
8. Mobile-Friendly: WooCommerce is fully responsive, meaning your store will look and work great on all devices – desktop, tablet, and mobile.
9. Coupons and Discounts: You can easily create coupon codes for your products, offering discounts for your customers.
10. Analytics and Reporting: WooCommerce has built-in analytics and reporting. Graphs and stats of sales, average order totals, total order numbers, etc., can be viewed directly in the WordPress dashboard.
11. Extendable with Plugins: One of the strengths of WooCommerce is its extendability. Thousands of plugins are available that can add additional functionality to your store, such as improved SEO, advanced shipping features, customer reviews, product add-ons, and more.
12. Customizable: WooCommerce is highly customizable, allowing you to tweak your store's design, modify products and checkout fields, and more.
13. Secure: WooCommerce is built on WordPress, which has a robust framework and a strong focus on security. It regularly updates to fix bugs and security issues.
Remember that while WooCommerce itself is free to use, some of these features may require additional paid plugins or services. Also, the cost of a domain name,
hosting, and possibly a professional theme should be considered.
Conclusion
In conclusion, WooCommerce is an incredibly powerful and flexible eCommerce solution, offering a plethora of features for setting up and managing an online store. Whether you're selling physical goods, digital downloads, or even affiliate products, WooCommerce has the capabilities to handle it all. Its extensive payment options, shipping settings, and tax configurations make it a highly practical choice for businesses of all sizes. Plus, the added advantages of SEO optimization, mobile-friendliness, customizable design, and its comprehensive analytics and reporting tools make it an all-in-one solution for anyone looking to start or enhance their eCommerce business. However, keep in mind that while the WooCommerce plugin itself is free, there may be associated costs, such as hosting, domain registration, and premium plugins or themes, which you should factor into your budget.

2023.06.11 00:15 OrderflowTrader SPY & ES Trading Plan for 6/12/23
| I share my plan for educational purposes and not as trade recommendations or ideas. This post uses the S&P futures for analysis. Recap: The plan for Friday provided several opportunities, whether playing for the gap-and-go off support at 4300-05 at the open, the breakdown at resistance at 4321, support from the old black structure at 4295, or the recovery of support at 4300 later on, which didn’t run as far as the others. I took the first of these trade opportunities, getting long just after open on support plus the gap up, exiting at resistance at 4321 and letting the runner get taken out by a trailing stop. It goes to show that there’s no need to chase because the market often presents multiple opportunities, and I only need to trade one of them to be successful in trading. ** This post now switches to September contract prices. Balance/Trend: I defined the balance zone from the past week as being between 4314 - 4349 and Friday’s settlement price of ~ 4349 makes judging the strength or validity of the breakout from balance tough. There was finally a move up to 4361 to check previous liquidity that I’ve written about and resistance up to 4365, but the market moved back towards balance and I’d watch this 4349 area to determine whether or not it was a breakout. The market remains in yet another expanding range and I’d watch this structure for further confirmation of any breakout. Markets are still holding mid- and long-term trend lines up. Analysis: The market has departed from the 13-month balance range that tops out at 4287 and spent this past week establishing price acceptance and value outside of this balance area. If we strip away some of the “noise” in a 4H chart vs. a daily chart, the move also looks more like a breakout from a bull flag than the expanding range on the 4H chart would suggest. However you look at it though, the primary trends are all bullish and the market has now moved up 20% trough-to-peak, which is a technical bull market. If we dive a bit deeper into things, the rally seems to be showing broad support beyond the S&P. With large and medium cap stocks already showing strength, small caps are also joining the rally as the IWM breaks out from its base. As usual, analysts, investment banks, and forecasters are all over the place and still point out the market risks. For day trading, I ignore all of this noise and just focus on the technicals and trading in my corner of the market. Long-term projections and bull/bear market labels have zero influence on how I prepare or trade, and I go short or long on any day of the week and in any market cycle. Plan: - The market broke out from this past week’s base and I am viewing 4349 as support, or staying above that level as being moderately bullish, and increasingly bullish as the market moves over 4367. Note that the old black structure line would place support at 4341-46 and I would use this as a gauge for trading support
- There is important potential support lower at 4317, confluent with last week’s balance lows as well as the bull flag
- If the market moves back inside of the bull flag structure, I am watching for support at 4290
- There is potential support at the 4276-84, and this acts more as a two-way pivot zone for trades for me and is a favorite setup of mine
- Aqua trend line support is at 4264, and this is an important level for bulls to hold if they’re to keep the trend from the March lows intact
- Other potential supports are at 4236, 4221, 4204, 4196
- The market found resistance at the yellow line that I brought into the plan for Friday and this level moves to about 4367 as the nearest level of potential resistance
- If the market breaks away from the yellow resistance line, then buyers still need to contend with the blue expanding range highs at 4374 as a potential resistance
- The next level up that I’m watching for resistance is at 4387, with strength above signaling a long or a failure here signaling a short
- If the market can begin to base around 4000, I am looking for a move up that meets resistance at about 4427 followed by 4434

2023.06.11 00:11 Lordofthe305 CPWA Deception
| The show opens with a moment of silence and a ten-bell salute for The late Iron Sheik. The Iron Sheik 1942-2023 https://preview.redd.it/g1ebnfn9y75b1.jpg?width=640&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0e961d66521de1670340c07a9b54037e25452a79 We open with a video package highlighting Shelton Jordan winning the CPWA World Heavyweight Championship and "The Number One Pick" LeJuan Jones scheming to regain the gold. We then see highlights of Keith Yang's matches and the return of Logan Lemming. We are then shown highlights of the Super Junior Carnival tournament, more specifically, Rory Irvine and "The Korean Idol" Han Sang-Hoon's path to the finals. The video package ends with slowed-down clips of Keith Yang, Logan Lemming, LeJuan Jones, and Shelton Jordan, who raises the CPWA World Heavyweight Championship over his head. Sticky Fingaz's "Man Up" plays in the arena as we see pyro go off for a few seconds, followed by cheering from the crowd. Brian Kinsley: We welcome to CPWA Annihilation! We are coming to you live from Calgary, Alberta, Canada! Brian Kinsley along with Anthony Harris and Sir Samuel Stewart, we have an action-packed pay-per-view that includes six championship matches, including the CPWA World Heavyweight Championship as Shelton Jordan defends his title against Keith Yang, Logan Lemming, and "The Number One Pick" LeJuan Jones. Anthony Harris: Plus, we have the finals of the Super Junior Carnival tournament. I can't wait for that to go down. Sir Samuel Stewart: It's definitely going to be a thriller of an event, and I think we may see some new champions. Brian Kinsley: Let's get right to the action. We cut to the ring. Announcer: The following contest is scheduled for... Crowd: ONE FALL! Leo Arnaud's "Bulger's Dream" plays in the arena Announcer: Introducing first, representing The Olympians, the team of Chip Day, Miles Orozco, and Devon Gatlin-Tyson. Brian Kinsley: Devon Gatlin-Tyson looked like a would-be favorite to win the Super Junior Carnival tournament, but came up short against "The Korean Idol" Han Sang-Hoon in the semifinals. Anthony Harris: Give Chip Day and Miles Orozco credit for helping DGT with those victories up to that point. I still believe he's going to be CPWA Cruiserweight Champion one day. 80s Synth Track Nightscapes plays in the arena. Announcer: And their opponents, introducing first, from Los Angeles, the team of Mark Starr and Ricky Vice, StarrVice! Brian Kinsley: Mark Starr and Ricky Vice competed in the Super Junior Carnival tournament, but it would be Ricky Vice who would face Devon Gatlin-Tyson in the quarterfinals and would lose thanks to the interference of the aforementioned Chip Day and Miles Orozco. Sir Samuel Stewart: It really hurt Ricky's chances, but he wasn't the only one affected by The Olympians' number game. M.O.P.'s "Fly N***a Hill F***a" plays in the arena. Announcer: Their tag team partner, from Brooklyn, New York, he is one-half of the CPWA Cruiserweight Tag Team Champions, "The Hi-Fli Kid," Jerome Evans. Brian Kinsley: "The Hi-Fli Kid" took on Devon Gatlin-Tyson in the first round of the Super Junior Carnival tournament and while it was a tremendous match, it would be soured by the interference of Day and Orozco. Anthony Harris: Best believe all three competitors want some payback on Chip, Orozco, and DGT. Don't get it twisted, however, StarrVice may be teaming up with "The Hi-Fli Kid," but they also got their eyes on regaining the CPWA Cruiserweight Tag Team Championships. Match 1: The Olympians (Chip Day, Miles Orozco, and Devon Gatlin-Tyson) vs. StarrVice (Mark Starr and Ricky Vice) and "The Hi-Fli Kid" Jerome Evans You would think that an opening match like this one would get the crowd hyped for the rest of the event, but it felt underwhelming at times. While the story here was StarrVice and "The Hi-Fli Kid" looking to get a measure of revenge on Chip Day and Miles Orozco, neither competitor was looking sharp in the ring. Devon Gatlin-Tyson carried much of the match for his team, which was the only highlight for the Olympians. The action then became a spotfest, leading toward the end of the match, where DGT nailed Mark Starr with a Split-Second DDT to get the win for his team. 2 out of 5 stars. We cut to backstage and we see Kevin Meyers interviewing CPWA World Heavyweight Champion Shelton Jordan. Shelton says that he's tired of LeJuan Jones's mind games and wants to put him away for good. He also says that he welcomes a challenge from Logan Lemming and Keith Yang, both of whom he will also defeat tonight. We return back to the ring. Announcer: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the CPWA Television Championship. Nu Breed's "Florida" plays in the arena Announcer: Introducing first, accompanied by his alligator Sunshine, from the Sunshine State, he is the CPWA Television Champion, "Florida Man" Gary Strange Brian Kinsley: The last time "Florida Man" Gary Strange held an open challenge for the CPWA Television Championship, he lost to The Mortician. Sir Samuel Stewart: Only for him to regain it back a few days ago on Octane. Anthony Harris: No thanks to Pretty Boy, who will defend the CPWA Hardcore Championship against The Mortician later on tonight. Gary Strange enters the ring and takes the mic as Nu Breed's "Florida" stops playing. Gary Strange: Well well well, Florida Man holds CPWA gold once again and looking to take on any challengers brave enough to challenge me. Come on, don't be shy. I'm ready for ya. Yoshida Brothers' "Storm" plays in the arena. Announcer: Introducing first, from Kagoshima, Japan, he is Kenshiro Ishii. Brian Kinsley: We haven't seen Kenshiro Ishii since High$takes and he looks more than ready to bring the fight. Anthony Harris: Brotha looks jacked and he knows he means business. Tego Calderon's "Mil Cosas" plays in the arena Announcer: Finally, from San Juan, Puerto Rico, he is Ramon Vega! Brian Kinsley: The last time we saw Ramon Vega, was back in January when he was teaming up with his brother Raymundo. Sir Samuel Stewart: He took some time off to compete in his native Puerto Rico, but now he's back and looking to win some gold. Match 2: CPWA Television Championship: "Florida Man" Gary Strange vs. Kenshiro Ishii vs. Ramon Vega A solid yet rough-around-the-edges kind of match. There was lots of brawling from all three competitors, along with some technical wrestling from Ramon. It looked like Ramon Vega was close to winning the CPWA Television Championship, but "Florida Man" managed to prevent the three count from occurring. Gary Strange continued fighting back, leading to him hitting a WTF (Welcome To Florida) on Vega to get the three count and to retain the CPWA Television Championship. 3 out of 5 stars We cut to the locker room area and we see "The Number One Pick" LeJuan Jones discussing strategy with Brother Julius about how to deal with Shelton Jordan, Keith Yang, and possibly Logan Lemming. Brother Julius tells LeJuan to focus more on his match and that he will deal with the other competitors tonight. LeJuan nods and Brother Julius sets out to put his plans in motion. We return back to the ring. Announcer: The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a 25-minute time limit. Johann Sebastian Bach's Air on G String plays in the arena. Announcer: Introducing first, from the posh hills of the Hamptons, she is Priscilla Pierce. Brian Kinsley: Priscilla Pierce won big a few days ago on Octane in tag team action with help from "The Dominican She-Devil," Ivy Fernandez. Sir Samuel Stewart: Priscilla Pierce looks to be on the fast track to challenging for the CPWA Women's International Championship. DaniLeigh Ft. Fivio Foreign "Dominican Mami" plays in the arena. Announcer: And her tag team partner, from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, she is "The Dominican She-Devil" Ivy Fernandez Brian Kinsley: "The Dominican She-Devil" may have won gold in Puerto Rico, but word has it that she may challenge for the CPWA Women's Championship. Sir Samuel Stewart: It could be a possibility, but let's see what happens. GACKT's "Redemption" plays in the arena Announcer: Introducing first, from Osaka, Japan, she is the CPWA Women's International Champion, Shiori Yoshimura. Brian Kinsley: Shiori Yoshimura gained a victory over Priscilla Pierce two weeks ago on Octane, but lost in tag team action a few days ago. She's looking to get a measure of revenge. Anthony Harris: Shiori's going to be a fighting champion for CPWA, and I know she's got to be fuming after that loss. Estrada de Estrela plays in the arena Announcer: Her tag team partner, from Sao Paulo, Brazil, she is the CPWA Women's Champion, Cristina Moreira. Brian Kinsley: Cristina Moreira has been kept busy ever since winning the CPWA Women's Championship. She's been on a media whirlwind in her native Brazil, promoting CPWA. Anthony Harris: I would love to do a show in Brazil. To all our Brazilian fans out there, CPWA sees you! Match 3: Shiori Yoshimura and Cristina Moreira vs. Priscilla Pierce and "The Dominican She-Devil" Ivy Fernandez Another solid match that saw some technical wrestling on display. While Cristina, Priscilla, and "The Dominican She-Devil" appear to be improving with their technical wrestling skills, Shiori was leagues ahead of them. Shiori controlled much of the match, even going as far as to utilize some power attacks. The match ended with Shiori hitting a Spinning Bison Bomb on Priscilla to get the win. 3 out of 5 stars. We cut to backstage and we see Kimberly Reynolds interviewing Rory Irvine. Rory says that nobody believed in him when he decided to enter the Super Junior Carnival tournament and that he could go all the way. Rory says that he's made believers out of those who have followed his journey through the tournament and knows that he is going to become the inaugural Super Junior Carnival Tournament winner and challenge for the CPWA Cruiserweight Championship. We return back to the ring. Announcer: The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a 25-minute time limit. Blood Brothers' "Replica" plays in the arena Announcer: Introducing first, representing The Commonwealth, the team of Owen Benoit-Jericho and the CPWA Cruiserweight Champion Kelly Lawton! Brian Kinsley: Both Owen Benoit-Jericho and Kelly Lawton entered the Super Junior Carnival tournament and while OBJ managed to go further than Lawton, neither one was able to reach the grand finals. Sir Samuel Stewart: I know Kelly Lawton has to be feeling some of type way about that loss. Let's hope he can redeem himself should Rory Irvine win the whole thing. Franz Ferdinand's "Take Me Out" plays in the arena. Announcer: And their opponents, from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the team of Steve and Adam, the Odenkirks! Brian Kinsley: Much like OBJ and Lawton, Steve and Adam Odenkirk also competed in the Super Junior Carnival tournament. Steve managed to reach the quarterfinals, while younger brother Adam lost in the first round. Anthony Harris: The Odenkirk brothers look like they got something to prove and they're not looking to hold back anything. Match 4: The Commonwealth (Kelly Lawton and Owen Benoit-Jericho) vs. The Odenkirks (Steve and Adam Odenkirk) A solid tag team match that had a little something of everything: Technical wrestling, brawling, MMA, and high-flying. It was an evenly fought match until the Commonwealth uses underhanded tactics to keep the advantage in their favor, isolating Adam from Steve. Anytime Adam would tag in Steve, the referee did not see it. Eventually, Steve got the tag and was a house of fire, knocking down Lawton and OBJ. Steve looked to have the match won with a 450 Splash but "The Iron Maiden" Mary Addams interfered on behalf of the Commonwealth, pushing Steve off the top rope. This allowed Lawton to hit the Outback Cutter on Steve to get the win for his team. 4 out of 5 stars. We get a one-minute video package hyping up Pretty Boy and his path of destruction. The hype package ends and we return back to the ring. Announcer: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the CPWA Hardcore Championship. An organ cover to Runaway Casket plays in the arena. Announcer: Introducing first, from Resting Peace Funeral Home, he is The Mortician! Brian Kinsley: The Mortician lost the CPWA Television Championship, thanks to Pretty Boy, who maniacally beat the living daylights out of him. Sir Samuel Stewart: The Mortician knows what it takes to win the CPWA Hardcore Championship, but against Pretty Boy, I don't know. The arena lights go out and we hear an ominous female voice. Ominous Female Voice: Pretty Boy...oh Pretty Boy...punish...them...all! Glitter Wasteland's "Cold War (Nightcrawler Remix)" plays in the arena as blue and red lighting fill the arena. Announcer: And his opponent, he is the CPWA Hardcore Champion Pretty Boy! Brian Kinsley: Pretty Boy has been on a rampage since winning the CPWA Hardcore Championship, and it doesn't seem to be slowing down any time soon. Anthony Harris: That man is cold-hearted. I don't think I've ever seen him blink once. Match 5: CPWA Hardcore Championship: Pretty Boy (c) vs. The Mortician If you wanted a balls-to-the-wall, knock-down, drag-out hardcore match, this one was it! The Mortician and Pretty Boy wasted no time beating the living hell out of each other, but Pretty Boy gained the upper hand. Pretty Boy threw the Mortician around like a rag doll at times, followed by beating him with clotheslines and rainmakers. The Mortician started to fight back, using steel chairs, lead pipes, and even the ring bell on Pretty Boy. The Mortician looked to have made some dents in Pretty Boy, causing him to bleed, but it only made Pretty Boy aggressive as he battered the Mortician, leading to a chokeslam and Tombstone Piledriver for the win. 4 out of 5 stars. After the match, Pretty Boy continued beating the Mortician. Suddenly, Led Zeppelin's "Immigrant Song" (Elliot Loud version) plays in the arena Brian Kinsley: IT'S MANGOD!!! Mangod rushed the ring and started beating up Pretty Boy, causing him to flee. Mangod then headbutts the turnbuckles as the crowd cheers wildly. Mangod helps the Mortician to his feet, raising his hand to the crowd's approval. ***Intermission*** We cut back from intermission and we see Brother Julius walking down a hallway. He stops when Monroe Storm approaches him. Monroe tells Brother Julius that Logan Lemming has his sights on the CPWA World Heavyweight Championship as well and will stop at nothing to get it. Brother Julius warns Monroe that Logan better not cross "The Number One Pick" or he knows what's good for him. Monroe scoffs and walks away. Brother Julius shakes his head and does the same. we return back to the ring. Announcer: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the CPWA International Championship. The Wellerman plays in the arena Announcer: Introducing first, representing The Commonwealth, from Auckland, New Zealand, Jason Black Brian Kinsley: We haven't seen Jason Black in a long time, and that's because he's been touring between Japan and his native New Zealand. Sir Samuel Stewart: The Kiwi looks like he's poised to bring home some gold to The Commonwealth. The March of Death theme plays in the arena. Announcer: Next, from Guadalajara, Mexico, this is El Colibri Brian Kinsley: El Colibri was one of the favorites to win the Super Junior Carnival, but it wasn't meant to be as he lost in the first round to "The Korean Idol" Han Sang-Hoon. Anthony Harris: It was quite a shock, but let's see if he can rebound and get back to his winning ways. Pete Rock & C.L. Smooth's "The Creator" plays in the arena. Announcer: Finally, from Miami, Florida, he is the CPWA International Champion, Deron "Ron" Jordan. Brian Kinsley: Deron "Ron" Jordan has been helping his brothers in their feud against "The Number One Pick" LeJuan Jones, but here, he's looking to defend his CPWA International Championship. Anthony Harris: Let's hope he can retain it to keep more gold in the family. Match 6: CPWA International Championship: Deron "Ron" Jordan (c) vs. Jason Black vs. El Colibri This match wasn't good, but it certainly wasn't bad either. It was all over the place at times as there were some brawling mixed with some high-flying from Ron and El Colibri. Jason Black had control of the match, beating down El Colibri, but Ron prevented any chance of a three-count from happening. Both Ron and El Colibri double-teamed Jason Black, but they would turn their attention to attacking each other. El Colibri had Ron in the La Mistica, but Jason Black broke the hold. With Ron out of the way, this allowed Jason to hit the Blackout on El Colibri for the win and become the new CPWA International Champion. 2 out of 5 stars. We get a one-minute video package hyping up The Hart Sisters (Crystal and Tracy) and their dominance over the Women's Tag Team Division. The hype package ends and we return back to the ring. Announcer: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the CPWA Women's Tag Team Championships. "Hitman" plays in the arena Announcer: And their opponents, from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, they are the team of Crystal and Tracy, the Hart Sisters. Brian Kinsley: We are in Canada, and the Hart Sisters are getting a huge ovation. Sir Samuel Stewart: The Hart Sisters look to win big here tonight, and I have a feeling that they will. Eminem's "Venom" plays in the arena. Announcer: And their opponents, they are the CPWA Women's Tag Team Champions, Carnage Ayano and La Venena. Brian Kinsley: Carnage Ayano and La Venena are a dangerous combination of Japanese Strong Style wrestling and Mexican Lucha Libre wrestling. Anthony Harris: These ladies are psychotic in the ring. I've seen their matches in Japan and Mexico, so I know what they can do. Match 7: CPWA Women's Tag Team Championship: La Venena and Carnage Ayano (c) vs. The Hart Sisters (Crystal and Tracy) A somewhat decent match that had some great moments but at times, it was a botchfest, which was unusual for both teams. The Hart Sisters had control of the match, but Venena and Ayano started making a comeback. Crystal Hart managed to win the match for her team, placing Ayano in a sharpshooter to give her team victory and regain the CPWA Women's Tag Team Championship. 2 out of 5 stars. We cut to backstage and we see Kevin Meyers interviewing Keith Yang on his title match. Keith says that he hopes that the third time is the charm and that he will become the new CPWA World Heavyweight Champion. We return back to the ring. Announcer: The following contest is a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match for the CPWA Tag Team Championship. GACKT's "Redemption" plays in the arena Announcer: Introducing first, from Osaka, Japan, the team of Ryota and Daigo Yoshimura Blake Shelton's "Good Ole Boys" plays in the arena. Announcer: Next, from the great state of Tennessee, Roy and Zechariah, the Newton Boys. Franz Ferdinand's "Take Me Out" plays in the arena. Announcer: Finally, from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, they are the CPWA Tag Team Champions, William and Jake, the Odenkirks! Match 8: Tables, Ladders, and Chairs Match for the CPWA Tag Team Championship: The Odenkirks (William and Jake) (c) vs. Ryota and Daigo Yoshimura vs. The Newton Boys (Roy and Zechariah) This was a chaotic match with tons of high spots and lots of brawling. At one point in the match, Jake Odenkirk and Zechariah Newton climbed atop the ladder and beat each other with forearms and fists, leading to both men crashing through a table. This was followed up by a 450 Frog Splash combo from Daigo Yoshimura. Roy Newton saw an opportunity to reach for the gold, only for Ryota Yoshimura to powerbomb him off the ladder and onto some chairs. Unbeknownst to Ryota, William climbed atop the ladder and retrieved the CPWA Tag Team Championships. 2 out of 5 stars. We get a three-minute hype package about the Super Junior Carnival tournament, along with highlights featuring Rory Irvine and "The Korean Idol" Han Sang-Hoon. The hype package ends with clips of Rory Irvine and Han Sang-Hoon staring at each other. We cut back to the ring. Announcer: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is the grand finals of the CPWA Super Junior Carnival Tournament. The O'Reillys and Paddyhats' "Barrels of Whiskey" plays in the arena. Announcer: Introducing first, from Dublin, Ireland, he is Rory Irvine. Brian Kinsley: If you were to tell anyone that a young, plucky, yet scrappy wrestler from the Emerald Isle would find himself in the grand finals of the Super Junior Carnival Tournament, after going through numerous trials and battles, no one would've believed it, but here we are. Sir Samuel Stewart: Young Rory Irvine has been waiting for such an opportunity and he's going to make the best of it. Rain's "It's Raining" begins to play in the arena Announcer: And his opponent, from Seoul, South Korea, he is one half of the CPWA Cruiserweight Tag Team Champions, "The Korean Idol" Han Sang-Hoon! Brian Kinsley: "The Korean Idol" Han Sang-Hoon blazed a path of his own throughout the Super Junior Carnival Tournament, defeating the likes of El Colibri, Steve Odenkirk, and Devon Gatlin-Tyson. Could he win it all? Anthony Harris: He may, but also keep in mind that he's also CPWA Cruiserweight Tag Team Champion with "The Hi-Fli Kid" Jerome Evans. How will that all turnout? Match 9: CPWA Super Junior Carnival Tournament: Finals: Rory Irvine vs. "The Korean Idol" Han Sang-Hoon This match was the highlight of the event and the best match overall. Rory had the early advantage, but "The Korean Idol" came fighting back. Rory hit the Celtic Crucifix Drop on Han, only to get a 2 count. Rory look to put the match away but Kelly Lawton, Owen Benoit-Jericho, and Mary Addams provided distractions toward the referee and jumped Rory. Han would get himself involved, chasing off Lawton, Addams, and OBJ, only to be met with a superkick from Chip Day and Miles Orozco, plus a split-second DDT from Devon Gatlin-Tyson. "The Hi-Fli Kid" Jerome Evans, along with StarrVice rushed to the ring and fought The Olympians. It was complete chaos as everyone began fighting on the outside. Rory went for the Celtic Crucifix Drop, only for Han to reverse it into a falcon arrow, leading to the K-Pop Drop for the victory becoming the inaugural CPWA Super Junior Carnival Tournament winner. 4 out of 5 stars. After the match, Han Sang-Hoon extended his hand to Rory for a handshake. Rory accepted the handshake as both competitors celebrated together. Although Han won the tournament, the crowd cheered loudly for Rory, chanting his name. We get a four-minute hype package featuring Shelton Jordan, Keith Yang, Logan Lemming, and "The Number One Pick" LeJuan Jones. The hype package ends and we return back to the ring. Announcer: Our main event is scheduled for... Crowd: ONE FALL!!! Announcer: And it is for the CPWA World Heavyweight Championship. Bambu's "Chairman Mao" plays in the arena. Announcer: Introducing first, from Shanghai, China, he is Keith Yang. Brian Kinsley: IT'S YANG TIME!!! Buckshot, Skyzoo, Promise, and Sean Price's "I'm Better Than You" plays in the arena. Announcer: And their opponents, introducing first, accompanied to the ring by Brother Julius, from Columbus, Ohio, "The Number One Pick," LeJuan Jones. Motley Crue's "Shout At The Devil" plays in the arena. Announcer: His tag team partner, accompanied to the ring by Monroe Storm, from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, he is Logan Lemming. The Roots' "Do You Want More" plays in the arena. Announcer: And their opponents, introducing first, representing The Jordan family, from Miami, Florida, he is the CPWA World Heavyweight Champion, Shelton Jordan. Match 10: CPWA World Heavyweight Championship: Shelton Jordan (c) vs. Keith Yang vs. "The Number One Pick" LeJuan Jones vs. Logan Lemming There was lots of action going on in this fatal four-way. Everyone seemed evenly matched at first, but Logan Lemming took control of the match, suplexing anyone that got in his way. Not to be outdone, Shelton Jordan performed several Exploder Suplexes on each of his opponents. Although Keith Yang got in some offense, he would be taken out by Ivan Markov. This allowed Logan Lemming and LeJuan to double-team Shelton Jordan. It looked like the double team was working, but both competitors weren't going to allow the other to get the pin. This led to Logan and LeJuan fighting each other. Logan was about to hit LeJuan with Logan's Run, but the Soldiers of Misfortune (General Wade and Guerrilla God) prevented that from happening, saving LeJuan from any harm. The Soldiers of Misfortune double power-bombed Logan and then Shelton, leading to LeJuan to hit a Game Winner on both Logan and Shelton to get the win and regain the CPWA World Heavyweight Championship. 4 out of 5 stars. LeJuan Jones is presented with the CPWA World Heavyweight Championship as the pyro goes off and the crowd jeers and boos. LeJuan Jones and Brother Julius celebrate as Deception fades to black. 2023.06.11 00:09 Inside_Librarian_563 My Nmom tracks everything I do
She tracks where I go, she goes through my bank account, she goes through my mail, opens my packages. It's frustrating but I know I'm too scared to do anything about it. I'm 20 and it's so frustrating that I can't go or do anything without her knowing or questioning me about it.

2023.06.11 00:09 No-Trust-7517 Not a bad trip but a very overwhelming one
So about 3 months ago i got really into psychedelics, and because the country i live in has very laxed laws concerning hallucinogens there are several websites and even little cornershops in the open where you can buy psychedelic mushrooms, although online orders are way safer since they don’t require showing your face and taking unnecessary risks.
And this is where my story started, i had saved about 200$ to buy a basically year long supply of magic mushrooms (4oz.) And waited two weeks for them to arrive, and honestly my first experiences were great, i was euphoric during all of them and had little to no side effects due to dehydration.
So being the idiot i was one night, before sleeping i thought it’d be a good idea to try and do some mushrooms just before bed, mind you i had done a lot of research before even ingesting the tiniest amount of psilocybin, so i knew that in general it would take 30min to one hour before i started to notice the effects.
However that night something felt different, i had measured about 3.5g of blue meanies on the scale since they’re aren’t very potent but i felt nothing even tough my tolerance had reseted.
23pm : i decided to get a bit more comfortable, i take my clothes pff and tried meditating a little to appease my little anxiety, but 30 minutes after that i made an incredibly stupid decision that anyone who’s tripped more than 3 times would never do : re dosing
Except this time, i hadn’t even bothered to use a scale, i just eyeballed the amount and basically boofed it but in my mouth. Looking back on it i think i know exactly what was going on, you see during the day before my friend had given me vyvanse, which helped calm me down before a tough national exam
So what i think happened is that since vyvanse is an opioid, it had either delayed or killed the effects even tough there was psilocybin in my system, which meant that as the vyvanse was wearing off i was at my peak of the trip…
So anyways back to the main story
At around midnight, i re dosed once again, and let me tell you what’s about to happen defied my sense of logic for a full 8 hours
The second the mushroom cap went into my stomach, my hands started to get extremely bright and wrinkly, so i decided to go to the bathroom and look at myself and surprise : my face was literally shifting trough time and becoming older and older until the cycle would reverse and I’d start getting younger, which to me was pretty cool, no panicking yet
But after a full minute of just gaping my mouth open in the mirror i was suddenly overtaken by a feeling of love, acceptance and humility, i was having visions in front of my eyes of me and my family and everyone i know hugging each other and telling ourselves that we cared. At this moment i went into my room, and laid down on the floor, i had no time to even think of what was happening but i was quick enough to text one of my friends whom i had tripped before of how much i valued our friendship while barely being able to form coherent sentences (might drop the screenshots)
After talking to my friend i basically closed my phone and sat down, only to be overtaken by a white pure light that irradiated love, and to be honest i thought i was gonna die, and i was ok with it.
After what felt like an eternity of ego death i had woken up, except my mind was split between me and a pair of shoes next to me, i could talk to it telepathically but i don’t really remember our conversation.
After this i looked around my room and literally all of my clothes had crazy Egyptian patterns on them and at this point i literally didn’t know who or what i was, my room became a dark prison and i kept looping trough space time, at some point my body folded onto itself and i lost all sensations keep in mind that i still wasn’t having a bad trip, i was confused but definitely not scared. Anyways i finally break out of this thought prison and went into the kitchen to drink some water, and at this point i also went to take a dump but I’m not sure wether i was hallucinating or actually pooping, anyways i go back to my room and start listening to music, it was so beautiful i cried like a baby, the music had a totally different meaning and the voices and the beats aligned themselves in a different way, and here’s the weirdest and final part of my trip, as im laying down i can’t sleep and i literally look out the window but instead of time stretching like it usually does it was somehow speeding up, the sub rose in about 20 seconds from my perspective, and after that i went to sleep, only to be waken up by my parents asking why i wasn’t at school.
I had taken the mushrooms a Saturday night… so i tripped and watched the sun rise for a full day and a half.

2023.06.10 23:57 Jolly_Ad4667 What kind of scam is this?
Some background, my aunt is almost 70 and has notoriously been bad with money. She has also gotten into online/mobile gambling in the past few years. She is on a fixed income with a pretty tight budget.
I visited with her today and she mentioned that she received a package in the mail with my deceased grandmothers name on it. She opened it and found a cell phone inside. She said that on that same day, she got a call on her landline stating they had sent the phone to her by mistake. They then asked her to FedEx it back to them and they would reimburse her with a gift card. I stopped her and said this was a scam and she shouldn't do anything but mark the box return to sender. She said she knew it was a scam and immediately hung up and called her bank, but she claims they had already taken money out of her account. I asked how they got her account information and she said "the bank said there are ways". I feel like there are parts of this story she is leaving out. The bank is apparently refusing to give her the money back for the fraudulent charge which I think means she at some point willingly gave her information to this scammer.
I'm calling the bank on Monday to check on my grandma's account. We are in the process of closing it so they shouldnt have allowed any transactions to go through, but i figure it doesnt hurt to check. I know my aunt knows that account number as well.
Has anyone heard of a scam like this? Any guesses on what she's not telling me? We're trying to jump through the hoops of finding her a place to stay and I feel like this could really impact that.

2023.06.10 23:55 pymlonghorn Looking for new members
2023.06.10 23:55 Vox020 I decided I’m gonna cut off a toxic friendship, even if that implies I cutting off a really good common friend
It’s kinda a long story. A year ago I(f29) was trapped working ona job I hated, but the good thing about it were my two coworkers, who were good and funny the majority of the time, so we hung out fine. One of my coworkers, let’s call her J(f48) was someone interesting, she is very religious and very attached to her brother's family, in my resume, she is a good person, and I liked working with her. So, why do I wanna cut ties with her? It happened last year, I made a terrible huge mistake. J needed money, a good amount, and she asked me if I could lend it for a small amount of time. J uses to buy clothes and then resell it, she has done this for years, and all the time I saw people buy from her, so I saw her a a responsible working person, and the money was on part to buy clothes and resell, so I thought I knew what she was doing, so I lended her the money. Oh god, I really hate myself for doing it. After I did it, J started to show her true colors about her and money. First, I discovered she was having problems getting the clothes, it was something that sometimes happens, but I didn’t know. Second, J was not as good with money as she made me believe, sometimes shee ran out of money, and the was a month the bank call us like three or four times a day just to consult J when she was planning to pay a debt she had with the bank for a loan she ask the bank (my anxiety was going crazy on every call). And third, and I think it is the worst, J likes to brag. Every time someone has something nice, she also needs to have one, like, a coworker had a new cell phone, J immediately bought a new one for her. One time my sister gave me a smart watch and some wireless headphones because she had bought better ones for herself. Well, of course, J saw my watch at work and she also bought one for herself. The worst part about me is that I could pass all of this about J, because I considered her a friend, but the day I couldn’t justify her any longer was when her birthday approached and she invited me first to a simple dinner friday night on a venezuelan restaurant from a friend of hers and my other coworker, and since it was a simple plan I was ok with it. But suddenly, she changed her mind about it, and she wanted to go to an expensive restaurant where each one of us had to pay too much. Our other coworker declined immediately, because it was too much money and his wife was also invited, so if they went they would have to pay double. I wasn’t sure about it, I had the money, but I didn’t want to spend it there. But my decision was clearer when at lunch hour J got a video call for her sister in law. At that time my other coworker was away doing another job, but a cleaning lady and I were there. At first the talk was polite, until it started to get gradually worse when SIL asked her “isn’t too much money going to this place?” so J answered a couple of things I don’t think were right.
First, she said she also invited her friends from a gym he was going, and she though the venezuelan place was not appropriate to go (you know, her friend’s place, and also, my other coworker was from Venezuela), she also said to her SIL “everyone has that money to spend, I will pay you guys your fee if there is a problem” and that’s the bragging again, and the worst for me was when she added “Well, I’m also doing this like a test, to see who is actually is there for me.” Hearing her have that comment was enough for me to break the glass about who she really was. But it was not my time to talk, SIL and her had an argument about how fake J was, how she was doing this to show herself as someone she is not, and that her gym friends were not real, and more comments. J ended up crying and ended the phone call, later our other coworker came to J crying, so it was definitely not my time to ask for my money back. But from that moment I learned my lesson, you don’t lend money to people, because you can’t trust them to pay you back. Of course, I wanted to shout to J about her bad attitude towards me, but as my mother taught me, you don’t fight for money, fighting for money is useless, because people would always get defensive, claiming being the victim. Instead of making an argument, I started to being more firm With J about payments, remembered every month about how much she owned me, and I respected her petition about talk this always in private (I used to asked in public, since she didn’t have shame in tell everybody she spends on her family and her stuff). After a year, half of her debt was paid, luckily for me, we both were now on a different job. I finally started to work at a place that goes more to accord to my university studies, while J finally took her chance to open a small store to sell clothes, since then she has a lot of stuff and I needed new outfits for my work, we agree J would pay me the rest of her debt with clothes she was selling, and I went one day and I got what I wanted over a year, no more money attachments to J. Yet something funny was happening while I was trying some pants, she asked me how I was doing, a simple meaningless chat, I mentioned her I also joined a gym, because it was something she recommended me to do las year (but at that time I was so sad to even think about exercise), the moment I told her she started to ask me at what gym I was going, how much I was paying, and how I was paying, I have a credit card, and she started to talk about how she is about how her gym membership is about to expire and she doesn’t have a credit card to sign for a new one, and it’s very important for her to keep going to the gym due to her health, the way she said this to me was clear enough to understand she wanted me to offer her to pay her new gym membership, like, are you crazy or I just look like a fool? Of course, I played stupid and pretended I didn’t get her indirect message, and proceed to leave when the clothes exchange was made, but not before J telling me “Let me know if the gym doesn’t work for you and I’ll buy you your membership” I simple left in my more polite way possible, but that’s it for me, I don’t want to keep this relationship with J any longer, I was a fool yet a good friend and lend her money once and she repaid me by dismissing her debt to me, but this is over, I’m not gonna take this any longer. My therapist said I needed to confront J about how I feel, because I could lose her friendship, but the thing is, I don’t care anymore, if J only sees me as a bank account, then maybe it’s better to end our friendship and leave with the happy memories. She messaged me two times already asking me about how I’m doing in the gym and if I’m planning on quitting. An let me get something clear, even if I decided to quit the gym I’m not giving her my membership, she will never pay me if I do, you have to pay every month and she already showed me how she doesn’t care about follow a deathline (she is very religious, and she likes to say stuff like “God will provide”, and like, no, God didn’t provide, I provide for you). The only thing actually makes me sad about this decision is the fact that by cutting out J I’m gonna lose my friendship with our other coworker, who is very important to me, he is a excellent person and never did anything remotely bad to me, but he is friends with J since way more time, and the have much in common, so I gonna miss him so much.

2023.06.10 23:54 ApprehensivePoetry69 My dad wants to enter a 50/50 partnership for 4 7 eleven locations. Anything I should be aware of legally?
So my dad sold all his houses and has 700k cash in a hysa looking to invest or start a business. We found a guy who has 4 7 eleven stores that he opened during covid and he claims that he works 6 days a week and that it’s getting hard for him to keep up. The owner is 68 years old. He wants a partner 50/50 to go out and help him operate the stores/gas stations. I spoke to him a little on the phone and he said he has a c corp with 4 llcs. My dad met up with him today and talked a little and the owner said he would use the money to pay off 250k ish of franchise fees and 150k to something else and the rest would sit in a business bank account to use for if anything came up.
Now this sounds too good to be true and my spidey senses are tingling. Any red flags y’all see? I’m going to meet with this guy tomorrow with my dad. What questions should I ask? This money is all he has. I feel like him putting all his eggs in one basket at the age of 50 sounds crazy to me. How can this guy screw my dad?
This deal seemed crazy but got a little less crazy when he told me that 7 eleven owns the properties. So I’m assuming he owns the buildings on top of 7 elevens property. But him valuing this whole thing for 1.5 million seems off. He said he sells 297k gallons every month to trucks. My dad went and saw 2 of the locations and he also thought there was something up because each location alone looks like it would be worth 2-3 mil. Each has a car wash and truck fueling center.
English is not my dads first language but he told me the guy seems genuine. I just don’t know about any of this and I might just be a little pessimistic when it comes to business but I would hate it if he got scammed. Tomorrow we are going to sign an nda to look at the financials. Really would appreciate any help here!

2023.06.10 23:51 Nova_Angel18 Anyone else have random commons that escape them?
| The scarlet & violet base set is the first set I’ve ever been determined to have a master set of (hopefully of both regular & reverse holos). I got a booster box and two ETBs on release, as well as just random booster packs after I get paid. Yet I noticed these guys have escaped me this entire time and I’m not sure how lol. I just find it funny how somehow these guys are more of a chase than actual secret rares at this point! (Yes I know I can buy singles, I find enjoyment outta opening packs and give a lot of my extras to my niece for her collection) submitted by Nova_Angel18 to PokemonTCG [link] [comments] |
