2023.06.10 22:28 Alec110503 Questions before making night lords

Hi! I’m currently debating on what’s the best way to make night lords. Currently I’m thinking that the best models to use are Horus heresy Mk6 legionnaires but, there are also chaos legionaries too. But, I’m thinking since the night lords are more Traitor astartes and less chaos it would be better to use mark6 heresy armor. Plus I don’t like chaos armor and how it’s all spiky. I’m a stickler for lore accuracy though so I’m curious on what is correct.

2023.06.10 22:24 Muffinfeds Interview with QAHALOM Founder

Interview with Leslie Arbouin Vargas. Founder and CEO of QAHOLOM.
Tell me about QAHOLOM.
I had been thinking of becoming independent for many years. During this time, I was working in Multi-Latin and Multinational companies like Grupo Familia, Jerónimo Martins, Ernest & Young Consulting. The time came where I decided to take the giant leap forward with all the experience I had accumulated. I had the motivation to be a grain of sand in the country and help with employment opportunities for people and help bring my business idea to the country. I wanted to take advantage of the knowledge I had gained in IT and use that in a closer circle. In addition, the generations of today don’t have as many obligations as we did when were growing up so I wanted to create an economic company where it could be maintained over time rather than risk of being replaced at any time. With all these factors and looking to start a new company in 2016, I decided to retire at my previous position to go after my business idea. Let me just say it’s not easy to decide to leave everything and get out of your comfort zone to lose your monthly salary to pursue your business idea.
Anyways, I left my previous company and dedicated myself to study for three months to create the business plan and business model. I’ve always been very fond of information technology, of the importance of information and the potential that information has. That was my main vision during those three months. This was back in 2016 so remember that back then the terms of artificial intelligence, robotization, digital automation knowledge was still ethereal. I wanted to make those technologies that were already available in Colombia at that time, in companies like Bancolombia or Sura. The processes existed in these very large companies, and I wanted to be able to democratize that access to smaller companies. I began to see that many of these features are charged on demand. The development of the cloud came with great force, through the clouds of Amazon, Microsoft, Huawei. They had been implementing consumption by demand for interesting technology. I was quite interested in this so I decided to go more into the demand management path. After a long time thinking about this, I decided to start.
I was following our company’s phrase phrase: “The future isn’t predicted, it is created”, a phrase from Abraham Lincoln. And from so much thinking and saying “Where is this going to go? What am I going to do?” In that moment it was very hard for me to understand where the technology was going. I said to myself, “Just roll up your sleeves and start with what there is”, and that’s how I decided to start… without even knowing very well what I wanted to build. I was looking to manage complete automated business processes, and not get into the world of pure automation because I don't think pure automation has much value compared to an automated management process. Another pillar was the human value. We never justified a project by the number of people that are replaced, but by the scalability that can be given to the business through the way people work with the technologies. People start to change their mind and they start to change their professional profile and really enhance their value. We approach projects more from that point of view than from the replacement of human resources.
We began with our first client who believed in us and again, we didn’t know what technology to use or how to build it. We slowly began to find the way. We kept looking back at the company phrase I mentioned earlier. It has to be this way, by doing and if not, there is no other way. From there we found the method, the form, how to sell. At first it was very difficult for people to understand me, what we wanted to do, it was even hard for me to explain it because I didn't know how to put it together very well either. Over time we were able to explain our services well. The Pandemic arrived and although it was scary for all of us, it was very important for us because there were more ears in terms of digital issues and it facilitated the entrance to the organizations. We started contracting people and thanks in large part to the pandemic, we never decided to open a brick-and-mortar office. Today, I have many employees that aren’t in Medellín and are in different Colombian cities and countries.
Our business is focused on offering the possibility to digitalize your workforce through a mix of technologies: Digitalization, cognitive learning, robotization, artificial intelligence, and visualization. We master digital work. What we do is we use a virtual machine, and we put it into the organization just like when a consultant arrives at a company. The company then gives me access for that computer so I can enter and access the tools with which the virtual machine needs to work internally, for example, e-mail and operating systems like SAP or Oracle, base applications like Microsoft 365, company databases. We also integrate our application so organizations can interact with the information because it’s not just automation, it’s managing the process from end to end. There will be points where users need to interact with the organizations. For example, “Give me your opinion on this. Send me this form so I can include it on this billing process”, so they work with the human teams. We charge under the SAS model. So, let's say for the companies, they don't need to erode their capex initially. They can charge as an operating expense and there are many, almost all of them already enter it as an operating expense. What do companies get? It allows companies to have complete control of the process, visualize processes that were previously invisible, as they weren’t digitized, improve productivity, have the employees focus their attention on things they actually want to do.
Of course, there’s always the fear that employees will be replaced by machines, but what actually ends up happening is humans shift to the tasks that they actually enjoy. I’ll give you an example, we worked with a client, Pintuco, and they had the same fears. We did a workshop with the employees and the boss, and we asked them what they needed in their jobs, what did they always ask their boss about, but the boss didn’t have the human resources to approve that request? They told us that are always stuck in the computers instead of working with the vendors. The conversation got very interesting with the employees saying that they don’t have time to talk to the vendors and clients. Now, they have an additional sales force that accompanies the customer, the vendors because the information needs to pivot back and forth from inventory to transportation. So after we came in, that team became an additional sales force, no one was let go. They’re now able to sell better and sell more.
What inspired you to create QAHOLOM?
I don’t think there was anything specific. It came out of many things, what you want from life, what you want to contribute society, what are you passionate about, what you want for your future. I can’t pinpoint something specific, but I always was motivated to be an owner of a company. Since Uni I carried this motivation, and it was normal to have fears about starting it. I always think if a Uni graduate who wants to create a company like QAHOLOM, what would their journey be like? Well, honestly it would be almost impossible. The reason being that you’re just a Uni graduate with no work experience and you’re suddenly approaching CEOs of big companies and you’re trying to sell how you’re going to scale their business with technologies. It’s going to be a hard road convincing them of all of that when you don’t have experience. Anyways, I always had the vision of wanting to be an entrepreneur.
Tell me about what you do on a typical day. What do you do at your job?
Everything. Most importantly, I sell everyday. I call potential clients whether it’s the first call or it’s the second call, or to charge them. I have meetings with the team to know what they’re doing. We use digital tools to be able to work wherever we are. We use tools that help us construct diagrams, models, and brainstorming because this is key in our area. I work with the accountant to look at the invoices, charges. I meet with partners who I’ve had the pleasure of calling partners thanks to doing business with them. It starts when you are in a company, you are very involved in your topic. You meet many people with many interests, and you can see a possibility for business in other areas. I help develop ideas talking with people, small businesses who are just starting to grow. I’m always working on everything!
What do you love about what you do?
I love seeing people grow, change, and improve. We have a focus on the education side too. We have two people in distant locations who we hope can use the tech we use. Right now, we are helping them in this educational process so that one day they can join the company or other companies within the same sector. That’s a big focus for QAHOLOM, being able to help people grow professionally. In the company, I have people from Chocó, people from very humble backgrounds. We finance part of their educations; we help prepare them with technological knowledge. All of this is something I’ve always been passionate about. It motivates me to grow more so I have more money to finance education for people who want to self-improve.
Another thing is being able to contribute to the economic employment here in Colombia, to be able to provide a formal employment to someone and give them a good salary. Transfrorming society even in the smallest circle that you are a part of – that’s something that motivates me. Lastly, I love information at the professional level, how can one transform companies from the use of information technology?
It's funny, I’ve had zero turnover since I started the company. There was one person who left on their own terms because he asked for a promotion, but I couldn’t give him one at the time. The next day he came in and finished the company. This was three years ago, he had access to everything through the Cloud and deleted everything! So, when we woke up there was nothing. We were fortunate enough that Microsoft helped us from India and other countries, and we were able to recover a large part of our operations. Our clients understood what happened and waited for us. After two months, we were able to re-establish our full operations. I tell this story because it’s like if you brought someone in to work for your factory and they light your factory on fire. After him, no one has left our company, everyone has been happy working at QAHOLOM. That’s beautiful to me because I initially thought I was going to have high employee turnover, especially in the technology sector which is used to high turnover.
What’s the hardest part about what you do?
The hardest part is the most passionate part, maintaining the team and maintaining the self-development of the people. It takes time and effort to motivate them, stay present, see the work advance, maintain the discipline, maintain the methodology, etc. The people are the most beautiful part and the hardest part at the same time. The tech is hard but once you study it, you learn it, if the methodology is complex, you work on it in a disciplined form until you get it. People always have moving variables so it’s the most challenging work.
Tell me about some plans QAHOLOM has for the near future.
We want to become the biggest support labour force through digital technology. If someone wants something incredibly fast, we want to be able to train that algorithm to meet that demand. So the challenge right now is perhaps to increase the speed of training on algorithms and mediating the incorporation of new technologies. Today we’ve incorporated Azure OpenAi and that’s helped us improve our training speed significantly. Right now the goal is to take on the new challenges of technology and improve the training of the digital labour force.

2023.06.10 22:21 ze_mad_scientist Any New Masters Academy (NMA) subscribers here?

Hello!
I have a few specific questions about the NMA subscription and your general thoughts/feedback on your experience so far. I see they’re having a Memorial Day sale but it’s only discounting the annual membership which is still pretty expensive.
  1. Those of you who have been subscribers for a few months or a year - how often have you felt they’ve added courses (not the live ones) to their catalog? Do they frequently add stuff for people on the regular (tier 1) subscription to learn?
  2. Last time I checked they only had two tiers of memberships but now they’ve added another one. I read a review that they seem to be adding a lot more live courses to try to funnel people into the more expensive tiers. I do find it odd that live course recordings aren’t made available in the regular catalog once the live class is completed. Any thoughts about this?
  3. Would love to hear about your experience with Ben Fenske’s Landscape in Oils course. That’s one of the main reason I would be joining.
  4. Any other oil painting courses (Alla Prima) that you would recommend? I’m a beginner in oils but motivated to grow my skills.
I know I could potentially just subscribe for a few months but, there are a couple live courses (already completed) whose recordings I’d like to see so at $79/month, I don’t know if that makes sense over the discounted annual membership.
Thank you!

2023.06.10 22:20 narwhalsarefalling AITA for being mad at my mon for not telling me about a classmate’s death?

I (22) am a university student who was kind of struggling with stressed from switching from COVID classes back to regular classes about a year ago. Nothing serious, but my stress can sometimes manifest as me looking and acting depressed, when I’m actually just tired.
Quite recently, my high school teacher passed away. I just so happened to be in town in time for the funeral, so I went. I’m not on facebook or instagram or twitter, so my mom had to tell me of his passing. I’m autistic and not great with socializing with people and maintaining relationships, so she often tells me anything that goes on in my old high school. I’m not particularly interested most of the time and just gossip with her to socialize, but since she tells me stuff I tend to not check up on my school’s instagram page and stuff.
The high school I went to was small. My graduating class was only 17 kids. I wouldn’t say that I was close friends with all of them, but we were definitely friends. I unfortunately had a hard time maintaining those friendships after high school due to my lack of presence on social media, so they somewhat deteriorated.
The funeral was nice. I saw people I knew before the ceremony begun and we were all catching up and sharing stories about our teacher. Then someone asked why I couldn’t make it to Cody’s funeral. (Not his real name).
I felt like I swallowed an ice cube. “Cody’s dead?!”
Cody was a classmate who I graduated with. We had worked on several school projects together. For christmas one year, he got me a model of a Mercury rocket, my favorite american rocket. He was a bit mean sometimes, but I know he meant well.
He died a year ago.
I, obviously, didn’t know that he had passed away. I had to find out at another funeral for my teacher. In a way, it felt like I lost both of them at the same time. When I cried during the funeral ceremony, I didn’t know if it was for my teacher or my friend.
When I got home, I told my mom what had happened to Cody. Not to get into details, but his death was particularly tragic due to his young age. She said that she knew, and that she had deliberately refused to tell me because she felt that my mental health at the time was bad. I said “Who are you to dictate when I mourn!”. It turned into an argument.
My dad texted me a few hours ago and told me not to be angry with my mom, because she was trying to protect me. I said that if she wanted to protect me, she could have told me way sooner! I feel embarrassed that I looked like an ass in front of my high school friends and old teachers, and angry that my mom didn’t tell me that he died.
I understand why she didn’t tell me, but that doesn’t mean I have to agree with it.
Am I the asshole?

2023.06.10 22:16 mrRabblerouser WTS- TRC, Shirogorov, Hinderer, Emerson, GEC, Northwoods, RGT

Ok folks, I’ve been meaning to whittle down my collection quite a bit for a while, and I just bought a new car, so no time like the present!
Timestamp + Extras
TRC Mille Cuori- One of the best fixed blade makers in the game. This one is BNIB and is absolutely gorgeous. Perfect do everything camp/survival/utility knife with steel butt. This one typically sells out very quickly whenever dealers get it in stock. DLC coated Vanadis 4E (V4E) steel. Comes with box. SV: 400
TRC This Is Freedom- Awesome slicy fixed blade that cuts like a laser. I’ve used it a few times in the kitchen even on some very difficult cuts and thanks to TRCs outstanding heat treat it’s still shaving. M390 steel, and again due to the ht this thing is super tough. Check out DBK video on the much smaller classic freedom to see what I mean. Some very hard to see micro scratches on blade. Comes with box. SV: 250
Shirogorov Neon NL (black and white micarta)- I’m the second owner but neither I or the previous owner used or carried it. Gorgeous flawless Shiro quality of course. Smooth and fiery action. Comes with box, cloth and CoA. SV: 475
Hinderer XM-18 3” Slicer- This one has RC bladeworks micarta scale, Skiff bearings, and a deep carry clip. Awesome knife, great quality. Ive used it to cut a few things, but still shaving sharp. Comes with triway, original green scale, and box. SV: 375
Emerson Mini A-100- BNIB. Always hard to find this one in stock, but after a long time of waiting I finally did. Love the simplicity and aesthetics, but it just didn’t make the cut for me. SV: 200
GEC #59 Shaffer Farm Whittler (Desert Ironwood)- BNIT. Only taken out when I first got it, and just now for photos. Typical GEC quality. A little scuff on big blade. SV: 175
Northwoods Bear Lake (Blueberry burlap micarta)- Beautiful slippy. I used it to cut open a box once or twice but has basically just sat in the sheath since I got it. Comes with coin and leather sheath. SV: 275
RGT titanium scales for Spyderco Native 5. These are green anodized with blue accents. I put them on and then realized I preferred the carbon fiber scales. These will fit the fluted carbon fiber or g10 versions of the Native, but not the lightweight. Paid 180 for these, but I know they were on sale recently. I’ll say SV: 80
Not interested in trades unless you wanna trade for an Oz Roosevelt. PayPal F&F, no notes. Ships Monday with USPS and tracking will be provided.

2023.06.10 22:15 hoffmajo89 GEC Sale - 87, 14 “s”, 81 (user), H20

Hello swappers. I’ll save you the sob story, but I find myself in need of some fast money so a few of my GEC collection are hitting the swapping block. Details are below, and I’m trying to price for faiquick sales.
All prices are PPF&F with shipping included. For multiples, I’ll knock $10 off for each additional knife that I can ship in one box.
Feel free to chat any questions.
Timestamp/Album: https://imgur.com/a/X1dE7il
GEC 871223 - Indian Paint Brush Jigged Bone $175
This one is essentially new in tube, but I have pocket carried it once. Never cut anything. It’s just a bit large for me to use regularly. Jigging is great and crisp, and the dye is fantastic with a bit of yellow where it meets the bolsters and end caps. Factory edge, never cut, no patina.
Includes tube, pin, wax paper wrap, and of course the knife.
GEC H20823 - Midnight Camo Micarta $50
This one is new and unused. I just got it but need to sell as I’ve already got another. The micarta on this is a very dark blue/green. This one has the “muskrat clip” blade. Very thin and looks to be a great slicer. I am including a temporary leather pocket sheath along with this one for free. I made it for my other H20 and it’s functional but I just don’t need it. Factory edge, never cut, no patina.
This one will include the wax paper that it shipped on but these H20s didn’t come in a tube so that’s it.
GEC 141122 “s” Cocobolo: $135
This one is an “s” knife, meaning there is a small cosmetic defect. The defect on this one is that the cover on the pile side has a void. It is stable, but I went ahead and put a small drop of super glue in there to keep it from spreading at all. I think it looks interesting with this small bit of character on the back side. Otherwise the knife is unused and like new in tube. Factory edge, never cut, no patina.
This one includes the tube, pin, wax paper wrap, and of course the knife.
GEC 818222 “deluxe” Snakewood: $130
This is an excellent, very slicey and thin knife. You get two slender and long blades in a very pocket friendly package. This one is the “deluxe” snakewood, meaning I paid extra for the covers with nice figuring in the wood.
This one has been carried and used quite a bit but is in excellent condition. Covers, bolster, and shield show extremely minimal pocket wear, as I normally carry it in a slip. The main blade is like new, factory edge and no patina. There’s a single tiny blade rub mark on the main blade. The secondary blade is used quite a bit with patina and has been sharpened. The secondary blade has some moderate blade rub, but that’s normal for this knife and I’ve never seen an 81 that didn’t have some rub since it’s such a thin knife.
This one includes the wax paper, tube, knife, and an extra 81 pin I had laying around.
Please let me know if you have any questions. No trades please.

2023.06.10 22:14 jds2001 r/semaglutide going dark on June 12

What is happening?
On Monday, June 12, semaglutide will be going dark for 48 hours, joining in a sitewide protest of upcoming changes to the Reddit API pricing model. We are joining a number of other large subreddits in this action in order to hit Reddit where it hurts - advertising revenue.
Why has Reddit made this decision?
We really don’t know. There is speculation that Reddit is planning to go public later in the year, so this may be a (misguided) attempt to shore up revenues
What’s the effect of this decision?
Effectively, all third-party apps for Reddit (Apollo, Reddit is Fun, etc.) will be forced to shut down. Even at the rates that Reddit says a “well-behaved” app should cost ($1/mo/user), with an app that has as many users as this subreddit (which is comparatively tiny), that would be an increase in operating costs of over $32K/mo, in addition to the existing costs that they have for hosting, etc.
This increase in cost is untenable to many third-party developers, and it is clear that the intent of this policy is to force third-party apps to shut down.
This is not a decision that we are taking lightly, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this causes our users. However, hopefully, it brings real change to the Reddit ecosystem.
What can an ordinary user do?
During the 48-hour blackout period, refrain from using Reddit in any form, whether or not the subreddit in question is participating in the blackout. This will further decrease Reddit revenue and show that people care.
Thanks for your support!

Was 2017 an awesome year for gaming?

When we think about awesome years within the gaming world throughout the 10’s decade there are quite a few that comes to mind. But one of the more memorable years that we have experienced during the 10’s decade without a doubt was 2017. While its debatable on whether or not 2017 was the best year for gaming within the 10’s decade there were definitely a ton positives from that time period in general. It was back in March 2017 that the world got to within the release of the Nintendo Switch along with Zelda: Breath Of The Wild. Since its release the Switch console had sold at least 52 million units worldwide and it was recently reported that it surpassed the SNES in sales. Also, The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild has become one of the most popular installments within the entire series and has reached at least 18 million units worldwide as it pertains in sales. During the second half 2017 we got to witness the release of Splatoon 2 and the critically acclaimed Super Mario Odyssey game for the Nintendo Switch which are both very popular to this day. While Splatoon 2 is considered to be a high profile third person shooter for the Switch console Super Mario Odyssey has went on to sell over 16 million copies worldwide. In addition, to the Nintendo Switch becoming very successful the world also got see the release of the SNES Classic in late September 2017. In some electronic retail stores within America the SNES Classic was sold out before its official because pre-orders for the mini retro console were very high. The SNES Classic included various 16-bit gems that were considered to be legendary such as: Super Mario World, Legend Of Zelda: Link To The Past, F-Zero, Star Fox, Super Metroid, Earthbound, Mega Man X, Yoshi’s Island and more. Not only was the SNES Classic more popular than the NES Classic from 2016 but the console managed to reach over five million units in sales. Therem was no question that 2017 was great year for Nintendo financially along the fact the company received a ton of mainstream attention in general.

We also got to see the release of the Xbox One X back in 2017. The Xbox One X was backwards compatible with older generation titles from the Xbox One and the Xbox 360. It should also be noted that the Xbox One X was the first console that Microsoft had produced that ran games in 4K resolution. The Xbox One X was not only an updated model of the original Xbox One console but it was also designed to compete with Sony’s PlayStation 4 Pro which came out in November 2016. While pricing for the Xbox One X was more expensive than people would prefer some argue that its quality is more superior than that of the PS4 Pro. Not only did the Xbox One X provide 4K resolution gameplay but players had 1TB of hard drive storage at their disposal. It was also during 2017 when the gaming world was introduced to one of the most popular online games of the 10’s decade known as Fortnite created by Epic Games. The third person survival-shooter game was initially released back in July 2017 and within a short period of time the game had over one million players. Fortnite was a game that utilized the Unreal Engine 4 and was released for multiple game systems such as the Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. As contributions to the gaming world is concerned many people would credit Fortnite for making the Battle Royale concept popular over the past few years. We have seen various games utilize Battle Royale modes between 2017-2019 such as Red Dead Redemption 2, Call Of Duty: Black Ops IV and Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare. By the time we got to the Summer of 2018 Fortnite had at least 125 million players and in terms of revenue the game had generated at least $2.4 billion. Since its release Fortnite has remained popular at various eSports events and has received numerous awards from various different gaming entities under categories from “Best Multiplayer” to “Best ESports” game. Speaking of online games it should also be noted that 2017 was also the same year that League Of Legends which was released in late ’09 flourished financially. As far as monetary gain is concerned it’s reported that Riot Games had earned $2.1 billion from League Of Legends during 2017 which was significantly more revenue than what it has generated during 2016, 2018 or 2019. League Of Legends seemed more popular in 2017 than any other year during the 10’s decade and Epic Games was doing some of its best business. There were so many big things within the gaming world that happened 2017 that it could possibly take days to highlight all of them. While everyone has their own respective opinions on which year of the 10’s decade was the best in relation to gaming many people would most likely put 2017 within the top five on their lists.

2023.06.10 22:09 HylianRacer Want opinions on what Tacoma to get

Hi everyone,
I’ve been lurking on this sub for the last couple months. I’m in the market for a third gen Toyota Tacoma. I have decided that I definitely want a double cab 4x4.
The dilemma I’m having is my local Toyota dealership is getting a 2023 SR in a couple weeks for $36,600 msrp. It comes with the all weather floor mats, bed mat, bed lights and bed step. All things I would want anyway. I’m fine with what the SR comes with (other than it doesn’t come with the power rear window).
I just saw a local Mazda dealership that has a 2021 Off-road with 28k miles for $38,500 with a clean CARFAX. That price seems pretty good. I guess the trade off here is not having a CPO warranty or Toyotacare. 28k miles is really nothing for a Toyota.
The Tacomas I have been looking at have been around the mid 30k range which has priced me out of some 4x4 SR5s, Off-roads and Sports with decent mileage. That’s why this Off-road caught my eye.
I guess the question is, would you go new and get the lowest trim level, or go used on a higher trim level?
I also wanted to mention that I’m a city boy that works an office job, but I want a truck for household stuff. I also want to be able to get out of the city to go fishing, and hiking/exploring. I won’t be using the truck for any crazy rock crawling or anything like that. Plus, I miss having a truck. I drove a 2000 Ford Ranger for 10 years and I miss the utility of a truck for everyday things.
Thanks everyone!

2023.06.10 22:08 UltraShadowArbiter Making a carburetor throttle rod for an early 26 T with a Holley NH carb.

Hi. I posted before about the confusing setup of my T's carburetor and throttle rod (https://www.reddit.com/ModelT/comments/12fsibi/a_couple_questions/). Now, my dad and I are trying to make a new throttle rod (because the one I ordered is on backorder and they have no idea when it'll be in, since they haven't heard anything from the manufacturer), one that actually goes through the engine like it should, instead of up and over, and we're having trouble. The problem is that none of the rods we've made can reach from the hole in the engine to the carburetor. It's like they need an extra inch on the downward part or an extra bend somewhere. Is there supposed to be more than one bend in the middle of the rod? Is my carburetor somehow too low in relation to the engine? Is the throttle rod even supposed to be installed in the same shape that is shown in pictures, or are you supposed to bend and it to fit? I'm so confused. Also, before anyone asks, we already removed and got rid of the apparatus for going up and over the engine, so we can't use that.

P2 Virtual Selling Accelerator – How to become a Virtual Selling Master in Just 5 Days! P2 Virtual Selling Accelerator Overview Virtual selling is no longer optional—it’s an absolute necessity. And even if circumstances change, you’ve seen how the ability to sell and close deals virtually can give you the income, lifestyle and retirement you’ve always dreamed of. But as we all know, selling virtually is not the same as selling face to face for a host of reasons. Often the prospects you sell virtually haven’t seen you present for 90 minutes at a seminar. They definitely aren’t in the confined quiet of your office…and they are most likely being distracted by whatever is going on at home. Plus you don’t have the rapport of being face to face, or the non-verbal communication so important in selling. That’s why—in just a few days—Ethan and I are hosting a 5-day crash course called Presuppostional Playbook (P2) Virtual Selling ACCLERATOR. Normally, we’d push out the launch of a new program 30-60 days, but for obvious reasons, THIS CANNOT WAIT. If you’re willing to give us 90 minutes for 5 straight days, we’ll give you everything you need to master ALL aspects of the virtual selling process, from that first appointment to getting paid. And yes, this even includes technical training and lead generation. Whether you’ve never made a sale virtually and are terrified by the idea… or you currently sell virtually but want to take your sales to the next level, the P2 Virtual Selling Accelerator gives you the scripts, steps, questions and even presentations we’ve used to sell virtually for the past 10 years…and it accellerates your results because you’ll get it all in just 5 days!

LEARN FROM SOMEONE MAKING REAL MONEY…

Exactly how I started a multi-million dollar business from my bedroom.
In this course, I don’t talk about regurgitated strategies that should work “in theory” and “mindset” like most. Instead, we go through step by step and build a real live Shopify store that does over $350,000 in the first month of being live (profitable right from the get-go). I explain everything along the way and talk about how I scale much further from there!
FEATURES OF THE COURSE
The main focus of this course is to help beginners build a store on Shopify and market it through Facebook ads. In addition, I will also teach you how to properly structure your ads in a way that will bring consistent results.
Due to the pandemic, people are more used to longer shipping times than ever. Combined with how effective and profitable Facebook ads currently are, I truthfully don’t think there has been a better time to get into dropshipping.
This is the most revealing piece of content I have ever put out, as I even reveal some of my personal best selling products.
My process for starting these stores is fairly similar every time, meaning you can use these exact steps to start your own online store.
Tired of living on autopilot? Sick of waking up early and making your boss financially free?Want to achieve financial success and be able totake care of your family? If you’re ready for a change then scroll to the bottom.
Main reasons why most people fail at this business model.
1st They listen to useless youtube advice that is outdated and made to steer you in the wrong direction.
2nd People waste too much time on finding a winning product, instead of learning how to properly market to customers’ emotions.
3rd Newbies tend to always focus on the least important factors like making the store, instead of learning how to properly market and scale.

2023.06.10 22:02 kalopsis- How does tipping work at a hibachi japenese restaurant?

Fellow server here. I work at a steakhouse, but my partner & i love hibachi. I just want to make sure we know exactly how tipping works there. At my place, hosts, service well, and if we have an assistant that night get 3% of our gross sales. But how does it work for the cooks & servers at hibachi places? I know you can tip the chef some cash before they leave the table. Does my 20% on the card all actually go towards the server? I’ve always worried the server isn’t getting enough
